The concept of “Splendor” is based on Turkish hospitality and sums up Nil’s inspiration for the company: to help event planners and hosts with a back-up plan, regardless of what Mother Nature brings. After four years as a wedding coordinator, Nil helped many brides find solutions for cold weather, extreme heat and pesky rain. She noticed that her clients really wanted to treat their guests to the best of everything while creating an enjoyable experience. For those brides, being able to rent or purchase those accessories was the simple, ideal solution! Thus, Splendor was born. |

Lori has a true love of fashion, with an 18 year background in wardrobe and image consulting. As a client of Lori’s many years ago, Nil got to experience Lori’s customer service first-hand. When it came time to invite another person to join the Splendor family, Lori was the obvious choice because of Lori’s approach to everything she does and everyone she touches. Her level of devotion and care for each client is so apparent from the level of relationship she builds with each person. When our clients work with Lori, she not only serves them as a Splendor representative, but also as a true friend. |

Stephanie’s arrival at Splendor was purely “kismet”. Having recently moved to Denver, she was looking for ways to connect with the corporate events market and found ISES International. She was connected to Nilufer, V.P. Membership for ISES Denver and they had a great chat about what Stephanie was seeking in employment. Her background in event planning, her can-do attitude, and her passion for life were a great fit for the culture of Splendor so Nil hired her on-the-spot! Stephanie focuses on creating internal systems and processes that help Splendor offer a stellar customer experience. |

Penny is our fabulous East Coast Splendor representative, residing in the beautiful state of Rhode Island. Her background in embroidery and retail sales makes her a wonderful fit for Splendor products, but her enthusiasm and passion for life make her a great fit for the Splendor family. |

Leyla is Nil’s treasured mother and an enthusiastic and passionate lover of life. She brings a vast array of Interior Design experience, creative vision and an exceptionally high level of customer service to Splendor. With her expert eye for design, Leyla travels to her homeland of Istanbul, Turkey several times a year to hand-select shawls for our clients. Nil can’t ask for anything better than to be working with her #1 role model – the person she reveres the most in this world, her mother. |
