How soon should I place my order?
ASAP. We keep popular colors on-hand, but if it’s something we don’t have in-stock, it may take a little longer. If you’re in Colorado and we have the items in-stock, we may be able to deliver within hours. For the best service and options, however, contact us now so we can check inventory for you.
Of course! We’ll happily ship your order to any location in the continental U.S. For rentals, round-trip shipping is FREE!
How do I make sure that my guests don’t take the rentals home with them?
Many of our rentals come with tags that kindly instruct the guest to return the item to a designated area before they leave your event. In addition, it typically helps to have your event planner or a friend watch as guests leave to collect items, create a sign to place near the items, and also have the MC mention something. Many of our clients also spread the word ahead of time by telling their friends, “Guess what! We’ll have some umbrellas so don’t worry about bringing one.”
Can I personalize your products?
Yes, you can. We offer various ways to personalize purchased products, making great gifts for friends, guests, and even clients.
How do I return the umbrellas?
Make sure that all umbrellas are dry, place them in the return box, affix the pre-paid return label and drop the at a UPS location. Or, if you’re local, simply return them to our warehouse in Northwest Denver. Easy!
Can I order a special color or fabric for the shawl?
Please send us an e-mail with your specific request or mail us a swatch to match. We may even be able to custom-design a shawl just for you!
I can’t decide on a color. Can you help?
We offer complimentary consultation with our Business Development Director and international image consultant, Lori Ryno. She is available to answer color and fashion questions via phone (720-272-0977) or e-mail. If you want to see a product in person, we can send you a sample! We just require a credit card on file. We’ll ship it out to you and ask that you mail it back to us within five days. That way, you can make sure it’s the perfect match.
Do you have a rush delivery fee?
We can get you your order within 24 hours (in parts of Colorado), but will need to assess a rush processing fee. To avoid this fee and have the widest selection of colors, we highly suggest placing your order as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee availability without a signed rental agreement.
What happens if I cancel my order?
In case of cancellation before the final payment date, the first payment will be forfeited. In case of cancellation after the final payment is made (7 days before the event), all payments will be forfeited.
