Shipping Details for Rentals

FREE round-trip shipping is offered on all of our rentals!

• Free shipping is via UPS Ground, anywhere in the continental U.S.
• Need it fast? You can upgrade to expedited shipping is available for an extra charge.
• Local customers who pick-up and drop-off at our warehouse in northwest Denver (5310 Tennyson Street) will receive 10% off of their rental.

Getting Rentals via Shipping (UPS)

1. Order by Phone 303-578-8889 / Email / Online inquiry form
2. Your order will arrive via UPS the day before your event. You may also arrange to pick-up your order from our warehouse (see below).
3. Included in the box will be: your rentals,  a packing slip, a return shipping label and shipping instructions.

Getting Rentals via Colorado Warehouse Pick-Up

For local Colorado events, we offer the convenient option of picking up and returning rentals at the Splendor warehouse. You may pick-up your items anytime between 10 a.m. and 4 p.m. on the “Out Date” listed on the Rental Agreement. Please make sure to have ample space in your vehicle. Contact us at 303-578-8889 to find out how many boxes to expect.

2. The day before your rental Start Date, call the warehouse (303-458-0527) to schedule your pick-up time.
3. Go to the warehouse:

   Denver, CO 80212
4. Call 303-458-0527 again upon your arrival and back your vehicle up to the warehouse garage door; no need to get out of your car.
5. A representative will meet you at your vehicle to load the boxes in your car.

Returning Items by Shipping/UPS

1. On the outside of one of the original boxes, you should find an envelope that contains the return shipping label(s). Paste the label(s) over the original shipping label(s). Don’t forget, we offer FREE shipping on rentals so there will be no cost to you.
2. Either drop-off your package or arrange for a pick-up:

• Drop off at a UPS location: To find the closest location, visit UPS.com and select Locations from the menu.
• Arrange for UPS pick-up: Visit UPS.com and select Shipping > Schedule a Pick-up or ask the venue if they have scheduled pick-ups (event venues and businesses often do).
  

Returning Items by Colorado Warehouse Drop-Off

All rented items must be returned to our warehouse by 1 p.m. on the first business day following your event.

1. Call the warehouse (303-458-0527) to schedule your drop-off time.
2. Drop-off location:

3. Call 303-458-0527 upon your arrival and back your vehicle up to the warehouse garage door; no need to get out of your car.
