I don’t want anything ruining my pictures.

Shawls and umbrellas actually add color and pop to amp up the  WOW-factor in engagement pictures, rehearsal dinners, weddings and receptions, birthdays, or any fun outdoor/garden party!

How soon should I place my order?

ASAP. We keep popular colors on-hand, but if it’s something we don’t have in-stock, it may take a little longer. If you’re in Colorado and we have the items in-stock, we may be able to deliver within hours. For the best service and options, however, contact us now so we can create a plan just for you.

I’m getting married in Vail, but live in San Francisco. Can I have the shawls sent directly to our wedding location in Vail?


Of course! We’ll happily ship your order to the wedding venue, your coordinator, or directly to you – whatever works best!

How do I make sure that my guests return their rented shawls or umbrellas?

We provide shawl and umbrella tags that kindly instructs guests to return their shawls to a designated area before they leave your event. A few tips: Have your event planner or a friend watch as guests leave to collect items, create a sign to place near the items, and also mention something in your ceremony program. Many of our clients also spread the word ahead of time by telling their friends, “Guess what! We’ll have some cozy shawls so don’t worry.”

Can I customize or attach a personal message?

It’s YOUR event – of course you can! We include a tag and ribbon (view) for no extra charge. If you’d prefer to order a custom tag or create your own, please let us know and we’ll do everything we can to make it extra special. We also offer embroidery on our shawls. It makes a perfect gift for the bridesmaids, mothers, and other special guests.

How do I return the umbrellas?

Make sure that all umbrellas are dry, place them in the return box, affix the pre-paid return label, and drop at a Fed Ex or UPS location (depending on shipping carrier used). Easy!

What’s your return policy on purchases?

Purchased items may be returned or exchanged within 10 days (wrong color, size, etc.), must be unused and include all original packaging. Any defective item (stain, tear, broken spoke) may be returned within 30 days of purchase.

Can I order a special color or fabric for the shawl?

Please send us an e-mail with your specific request or mail us a swatch to match. We may even be able to custom-design a shawl just for you!

I can’t decide on a color. Can you help?

We offer complimentary consultation with our Business Development Director and international image consultant, Lori Ryno. She is available to answer shawl fashion questions via phone (720-272-0977) or e-mail. If you want to see a shawl in person, we can send you a sample! We just require a credit card on file. We’ll ship it out to you and ask that you mail it back to us within five days. We want to make sure it’s the perfect match.

Do you have a rush delivery fee?

We can deliver your order within 24 hours (in parts of Colorado), but will need to assess a rush delivery fee. Within 1.5 hours of Denver, that fee can be up to $250. To avoid this fee and have the widest selection of colors, we highly suggest placing your order as soon as possible. We hope you understand that we cannot guarantee availability without a signed contract.

What happens if I cancel my order?

In case of cancellation before the final payment date, the first payment will be forfeited. In case of cancellation after the final payment is made (7 days before the event), all payments will be forfeited.

I’d like to purchase on a corporate level. Is that possible?
